Jerk is a style of cooking native to Jamaica in which meat marinated with a hot spicy mixture is slow cooked over an open flame to give a smoky flavour. Just Jamin jerk marinade captures this unique seasoning.
It's easy too. All you have to do is pour a jar of marinade over meat, leave it for an hour and then grill - couldn't be easier! Fantastic with chicken, pork and fish (especially mackerel and salmon). Finger licking good!
