Spicy Jamaican Jerk Chicken Kebabs

2 skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3cm pieces

jerk sauce or seasoning 3 tbsp

1 red pepper, cut into pieces

1 yellow pepper, cut into pieces

1 red onion, cut into pieces

sunflower oil


  • Put the chicken in a bowl, season, then add the jerk sauce and marinate for a couple of hours in the fridge. 
  • Thread the chicken and vegetables on 8 pre-soaked wooden skewers, brush with oil and bbq, for 10-15 minutes, turning regularly.  Ensure the chicken is cooked through before serving and enjoy!
