Blinis with Smoked Salmon and Caviar

For some real decadence this feastive season, why not indulge yourself with these delicious blinis, smoked slamon and caviar.

What do you need?

2 x 135g packets of cocktail blinis
75g sliced smoked salmon
110g creme fraiche
20g dill
1 x 55g tin of caviar

What do you need to do?

Pre-heat the oven to 200ºC.  Arrange the blinis onto baking trays and place on a high shelf in the oven for 4 minutes. Remove and leave to cool whilst you cut up the salmon.  Place a teaspoon of creme fraiche onto each blini and pile salmon onto half and caviar onto the other half.  Garnish each beautiful blini with a tiny bit of dill. Perfect canapes in minutes!
